These terms apply to your use of the Arias Martinez website and to orders placed through it. The store is operated by Arias Martinez 1971 SL, CL Doblada 7 85, 03540 Alicante, Spain (Registro Mercantil / CIF B03446804, LEI 959800G7VUTR9T87DR63, EUID ES03026.000016195). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live to place an order. Toys are intended to be purchased by adults for children.

You’re responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We aim to show products accurately. Colors and details may vary slightly from images. Always follow the age guidance and safety information supplied with each product.

Product details come from the brand or supplier where available. If you notice an error, please contact us.

Prices are shown in USD and are confirmed at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the affected order and let you know.

Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll send an order confirmation when it’s received. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable.

Payment methods are shown at checkout. Online payments are not active yet; the current checkout does not charge your card.

Delivery options and estimates are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Estimates are not guaranteed.

Returns are handled under our Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal, are not affected.

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. Orders that have already shipped can’t be cancelled but may be returned under our returns policy.

When using the website you must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts or cancel orders that break it.

Promo codes are subject to their stated conditions (such as minimum order value, eligible categories, expiry date and usage limits), cannot be exchanged for cash and only one code can be used per order.

Please check the recommended age and warnings for every toy. Small parts can be a choking hazard for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended where indicated.

Website content, design and the Arias Martinez name belong to the store operator or its licensors. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

If you submit a review, you confirm it’s your honest opinion and allow us to display it. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated to the product.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited as described here. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to compensate us for losses caused by your breach of these terms or misuse of the website, to the extent permitted by law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or network outages.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly. EU consumers may also use their local consumer protection bodies.

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
