Delivery estimates are counted in business days after your order is processed and can vary by destination. Available destinations and the final shipping cost are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Order Processing
We begin processing your order once it has been successfully placed. You’ll see an order confirmation with your order number straight away. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Tracking
Signed-in customers can follow every order from My Account → My Orders, which shows the latest status from “Order Placed” through to “Delivered”. Guests can use the “Track Your Order” link on their confirmation page.

- Package delayed: allow one or two extra business days beyond the estimate, then contact us with your order number.
- Package arrived damaged: keep the packaging, take photos of the damage and contact us as soon as possible.
- Tracking hasn’t updated: status updates can take a little time to appear. If nothing changes for several days, get in touch and we’ll look into it.
