We collect information you give us — such as your name, email address, phone number and delivery address — when you place an order, create an account, write a review or contact us. We also collect limited technical information needed to run the website.

If you create an account, we store your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and any address you choose to save. You can update these details from My Account.

For each order we keep the items, prices paid, contact details, delivery address and order status so we can fulfil the order and handle returns or questions.

We do not store full card numbers, expiry dates or security codes. For our order records we keep only the card type and the last four digits. No online payment provider is connected yet, so no card is charged.

We use essential browser storage to keep your cart, wishlist and sign-in working, and optional cookies only with your consent. See our Cookie Policy.

Optional analytics are used only if you accept them in cookie settings. We do not currently use any analytics service.

We rely on service providers to host the website, store data, send emails and deliver orders. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us. The website, database and customer accounts are hosted on Lovable Cloud.

Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we process personal data to perform our contract with you (orders and accounts), to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records), for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and service improvement) and, for optional cookies and marketing, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the store — hosting and database, delivery carriers, payment processing once connected, and email services — and with authorities when the law requires it.

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Our store is intended for adults buying for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We use access controls and secure connections to protect your information. Customer accounts can only access their own orders and details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting and customer-service needs. Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires; contact messages are deleted once they are no longer needed.
